At Gopalan Silk, customer satisfaction is our priority. As we deal in premium silk fabrics and ethnic wear, we maintain strict quality standards before dispatch.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive an incorrect item.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

The return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind.
• Colour variation due to screen settings.
• Minor weaving or texture variations that naturally occur in handcrafted fabrics.
• Products that have been washed, altered, stitched, or used.

Refund Process

Once the returned product passes our quality inspection:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account.

Exchange

Eligible products may be exchanged depending on stock availability.
